Sharing with your corporation

Updated

If your corporation uses VoidForge, its leaders can ask to see some of your characters' data. You decide what to share, you can change it at any time, and you can see each time a leader looks.

Who sees what

Leaders see only what you share, and only while you share it.

Each leader sees part of what you share, depending on their role in the corporation:

RoleSees
CEO and DirectorsEverything shared, and the policy
Personnel ManagerMembers, alts and recruiting
AccountantWallet totals
Station ManagerMembers' assets

If your corporation's alliance uses VoidForge, its leaders see your corporation's totals, never you by name.

What you can share

Each corporation chooses which of these it requires; the rest are up to you. You can always share more than your corporation requires. If you share less, your leaders see you as partly sharing.

Change or stop sharing

  1. Go to Access & Sync. Each of your corporations on VoidForge is listed at the top, with what you share.
  2. Tick or clear categories, then select Save.
  3. To stop completely, select Stop sharing with and the corporation's name, then confirm with Stop sharing. Leaders lose access right away, and your own pages don't change.

If you leave the corporation in the game, sharing ends on its own within 15 minutes.

See who viewed your shared data

In Access & Sync, Who looked lists each time a leader opened your page or exported the member list, with their character's name and the time.
