VoidForge for corporations

Lead your corporation with the whole picture.

See who is active, which characters belong to whom, who can fly your fleet's hulls and what every member brings in, next to the corporation's wallets, structures and moons. Ask members to share what you need, and make every call on taxes, fleets and promotions from facts instead of guesses.

Corporation insights

The questions every CEO asks, answered

Grow your corporation on VoidForge, and every member who joins and shares unlocks more insight into your members and their activities.

Who is actually here?

See every member from the corporation's roster, when they last logged in and whether they're on VoidForge. Spot the members who went quiet before your next tax review or fleet.

Last online needs a Director. Everything else comes from the roster.

Who is behind each name?

Members can disclose the other characters on their account, by name or in full. You see which players have alts in the corporation, in NPC corporations or elsewhere, and how many players you really have.

This needs members to share their alts, if your policy asks for them.

Who can fly what we need?

Pick the hulls your fleets and ops depend on. VoidForge checks every sharing member's skills against them and shows who is ready today and who is still training.

This needs members to share their skills.

Where does our ISK come from?

See every wallet division's balance over time, and the tax members pay from bounties, ESS, missions and the rest, by day and by member. With sharing, you also see what each member earns and from what.

Corporation wallets need an Accountant, and members' earnings need them to share their wallet totals.

What are our moons making?

See every extraction, when its chunk arrives and fractures, what's been mined since, the ore mix by rarity and who mined it. Mining tax comes from the same ledger.

Extractions need a Station Manager, and the mining ledger needs an Accountant.

What needs attention today?

Structures low on fuel or reinforced, moon chunks that are ready, members whose sign-in lapsed and applicants waiting on you all appear in one list, and as pushes on your phone.

Structures and moons need a Station Manager.

Roles

Your roles in game decide who sees what

VoidForge reads each leader's roles from EVE, so you don't set them up twice, and access ends when a role is removed in game.

Your policy

Ask for as much as your corporation needs

A small industry corporation might only want skills. A nullsec corporation might require everything and every alt. Either way, members decide what they share, and your policy decides whether anyone who doesn't is flagged.

Optional

default

Members may share with the corporation. The Members page shows who does, and nobody is listed as missing.

This suits small or casual corporations that want a shared view without pressure.

Required

most corporations

Members are asked for the categories you pick when they link a character in your corporation. Anyone who doesn't share them is listed as not sharing, and you decide what happens next in game.

Nothing to host

VoidForge runs the servers, keeps the data current and handles EVE's sign-in. There's nothing for your corporation to install or keep running.

Fits next to Discord and your auth tools

Keep your Discord, voice and auth setup for access. VoidForge adds the data those tools don't have.

Your alliance, if you want

If your alliance is on VoidForge, it can ask your corporation for its totals. It never sees your members.

Bring your corporation

Set up your corporation in four steps

A Director or the CEO sets it up once, and members join from there. If you're not on VoidForge yet, ask a leader who is for an invite, or request access.

01

Sign in as a Director

Link a character who is CEO or Director in game. VoidForge checks the role with EVE before the corporation is yours to set up.

02

Choose what to ask for

Choose optional or required sharing, the categories, and whether alts are disclosed. You can change it later, and members are told when you do.

03

Invite your members

Make an invite link and post it where your members are. Only characters in your corporation or alliance can use it.

04

Watch the list fill in

Members appear as they sign in and choose what to share. The Members page shows who is still missing.

Questions

What leaders ask first

Do members have to share?

No. Each member decides. With a required policy, anyone who doesn't share is listed as not sharing, and what that means is up to your corporation.

Can we see alts a member hasn't disclosed?

No. VoidForge only knows the characters a member linked to their own account, and shows them only if the member agrees.

What happens when a member leaves?

The corporation loses access to what they shared on the day they leave. Your corporation's own records, like the wallet journal and the mining ledger, stay.

What if a Director loses the role?

Their leader access ends at the next check with EVE, within the hour.

How current is the data?

It refreshes every minute to every hour, depending on how long EVE's API caches each kind of data. Each page shows when it last synced.

What does it cost?

Corporations pay 10M ISK a month for each member in game, from 250M to 5B, after a 30-day free trial. Members never pay to use VoidForge for their own characters. See pricing
