Ratting & PvE
Ratting & PvE shows what your characters earn from NPCs: bounties, ESS payouts, mission rewards, and the salvage and Sleeper loot they sell, with how much ISK an hour your ratting makes.
Whose ISK counts
| Figure | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Bounties | NPC bounty prizes and the corporation tax on them, from your characters' wallet journals |
| ESS payouts | Payouts from the Encounter Surveillance System |
| Missions | Mission rewards and time bonuses, the collateral missions take and give back, and the tax on them |
| Loot & salvage | Salvage and Sleeper loot your characters sold on the market (see below) |
| Total PvE | All four added together, for the range you chose |
Only your characters' own wallets count here. Use the range at the top of the page to change the period; it's shared with the other pages that have one.
Sessions and ISK per hour
EVE doesn't record when you start or stop ratting, so VoidForge works out sessions from your bounty payouts. Payouts no more than 40 minutes apart belong to the same session. A session lasts from the first payout to the last, plus 20 minutes for the first payout's tick, and its system is the one most payouts came from.
The Sessions panel lists the latest 50 sessions with their system, length, payouts and ISK. vs avg compares each one's ISK per hour with the period's average. ESS payouts and missions aren't part of sessions.
Loot and salvage
- Sleeper loot always counts as PvE.
- Salvage you sell counts as loot once it goes beyond what your characters bought and your industry jobs haven't used. Salvage you never bought is always loot. Selling salvage you bought stays as market trading.
- Loot counts for whoever sold it, in any wallet, when it sells on the market.
Relic and data loot count on Exploration, and abyssal loot on Encounters & FW.
