Members

Updated

The Members tab shows corporation leaders who's on VoidForge, what each member shares, and, for Directors, everyone's logins, locations and ships from the game.

Members by sharing status

Once your corporation is on VoidForge, leaders see one row per player, by their main character. What each leader sees depends on their role; see Sharing with your corporation.

StatusMeans
SharingShares everything the corporation requires, or anything at all when sharing is optional
Partly sharingSome required categories are missing; the Shared column shows which
Not sharingShares nothing, chose Not now, or stopped
Not on VoidForgeIn the corporation in the game, with no character on VoidForge (needs member tracking)
Sign-in lapsedOne of the player's characters needs to sign in with EVE again, so their data has stopped updating

Inactive means offline for 30 days or more. Income counts from when a member started sharing their wallet totals. Alts disclosed, the player's other characters on VoidForge, is shown to the CEO, Directors and Personnel Managers.

Select Export CSV to download the list.

Opening a member's page or exporting the list is logged, and members can see it in Who looked. A member who leaves the corporation takes what they shared with them.

A member's page

Select a member's name to open their page: what they share with the corporation and since when, their skill points, assets, wallets, income and kills for the range, each character with what it's training, and the corporation's hulls they can fly.

Your hulls

The CEO and Directors can pick up to 20 hulls the corporation's fleets depend on, and see which members can fly each one today and within 30 days.

  1. On Members, in Your hulls, select Pick hulls.
  2. Type a ship's name to add it, and give it a role such as Mining.
  3. Select Save hulls.

A member counts when one of their characters has every skill the hull needs, or will by 30 days from now from their skill queue. Only members who share their skills count.

Member tracking

Directors who allow VoidForge to read corporation members see every member from the game, whether they use VoidForge or not:

  • Last login, location, ship and roles, refreshed hourly; Online now means they logged in more recently than they logged off.
  • When they joined and how long they've been in the corporation, and the tax they paid in 30 days for leaders with wallet access.
  • Logins per day, which builds up from when VoidForge started tracking the corporation, because EVE only gives each member's latest login.
