The terms for using VoidForge.

By creating an account or using VoidForge on the website or in the Android app, you agree to these terms. They explain what you can expect from VoidForge and what VoidForge expects from you.

Your account

  • Each account belongs to one person. Link only characters you play, and don't share your sign-in with anyone.
  • Keep your password, your two-factor app, and your recovery codes safe. You're responsible for what's done with your account.
  • Accounts are by invitation or approval. An invite or an approved email lets you create one, and VoidForge can decline a request for access.

Using VoidForge fairly

  • Don't try to get into another person's account or see data that wasn't shared with you.
  • Don't overload VoidForge, get around its limits, or copy its data in bulk with scripts.
  • Don't use VoidForge to break EVE Online's End User License Agreement or CCP's other rules. Those still apply to everything you do in the game.
  • Don't use the contact page, recruiting, or invites to send spam or abuse.

Corporations and alliances

  • Only a Director or the CEO of a corporation, or the executor's leaders for an alliance, can put it on VoidForge. VoidForge checks their roles with EVE.
  • Members decide what they share, and can change or stop sharing at any time.
  • Leaders may use what members share only to run their corporation or alliance. Don't publish it or pass it on without the member's agreement.

Plans and ISK payments

  • Using VoidForge for the characters on your own account is free.
  • Each corporation and alliance gets one 30-day free trial. After that, it pays a monthly fee in ISK, shown on the Pricing page. Payments are only ever in ISK, as CCP's developer license requires.
  • Each payment is credited as time on the plan, at the monthly price on the day it arrives. Payments aren't refunded.
  • If a payment is sent without the right code, contact us and we'll credit it to the right plan.
  • If a plan lapses, the leaders' pages turn read-only until it's paid again. Members keep using VoidForge for their own characters.
  • Donations toward hosting are gifts. They don't buy access or features.

The data and its limits

  • Everything VoidForge shows comes from EVE's API and from market prices. It can be late, incomplete, or wrong, and values and income are estimates.
  • VoidForge can't change anything in the game. Check important numbers in the game before you act on them.
  • VoidForge isn't responsible for ISK, ships, or anything else lost in the game because of a decision based on what it shows.

Availability and changes

  • VoidForge is provided as it is. It can be unavailable at times, for example when EVE's API is down or during maintenance.
  • Features can change or be removed.
  • If these terms change, we'll update this page and its date, and list important changes in What's new. Using VoidForge after a change means you accept the new terms.

Ending your use

  • You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. Privacy explains what that deletes.
  • VoidForge can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or a corporation's or alliance's plan that's used to break them.

VoidForge and CCP

  • VoidForge is a third-party tool. It isn't made, run, or endorsed by CCP Games.
  • EVE Online and its names, logos, and images belong to CCP. See Legal for CCP's notice.
