Your data, and what we do with it.

VoidForge reads your EVE characters' data so it can show you your whole operation. This page explains what we keep, why we keep it, who else handles it, and how to download or delete it.

Last updated October 29, 2026.

What we collect

  • Your account. Your email address, your password (stored as a one-way hash we can't read), your two-factor secret and recovery codes, and, if you sign in with Google, your Google account's ID and email address.
  • Your characters. When you link a character with EVE's official login, EVE gives VoidForge permission to read what you allowed: wallets and transactions, skills, industry jobs, market orders, blueprints, and any optional data you chose, such as assets, planets, mining, killmails, location, loyalty points, contracts, and corporation data your roles allow. We store what we read so pages and charts can show history. We never see your EVE password, and VoidForge can't change anything in the game.
  • What you share. Your sharing choices for each corporation and alliance, and a log of each time a leader opened your page or exported a list that includes you.
  • Recruiting. If you apply to a corporation, your application and what you choose to share with its recruiters.
  • Settings and alerts. Your preferences, your notifications, and, if you use the Android app, a push token for your phone.
  • Messages. What you send us from the contact page or with Request access, and our replies.
  • Docs feedback. Answers to "Was this page helpful?", which aren't linked to your account.

What we don't do

  • We don't show ads, and we don't use analytics or tracking scripts.
  • We don't sell, rent, or trade your data.
  • We use one cookie, which keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Display choices such as your date range and Viewing are saved in your browser and never leave your device.
  • To stop abuse, sign-in and form limits count requests by IP address in memory. IP addresses aren't stored.

Who sees your data

  • You, on the website and in the Android app.
  • Your corporation and alliance leaders see only what you choose to share with them, and each role sees part of that. How sharing works explains what each leader sees.
  • VoidForge admins can see account details when helping you, for example to reset two-factor sign-in, and the messages you send us.

Services that handle data for us

  • Railway hosts VoidForge and its database.
  • CCP Games provides EVE's login and the EVE API your characters' data comes from. Character portraits and logos load from EVE's image server.
  • Google provides Sign in with Google, if you use it, and Firebase Cloud Messaging, which delivers push notifications to the Android app. The website's fonts load from Google Fonts.
  • Resend sends our emails: password resets, access approvals, and replies to your messages.
  • Cloudflare hosts the Android app download.

How long we keep it

  • We keep your account while it exists, and the data read for each character while the character is on your account. Removing a character stops VoidForge reading it and deletes its EVE permission and everything read for it.
  • Corporation data read with a leader's character, such as corporation wallets and members, belongs to the corporation and stays when that character leaves.
  • When you leave a corporation, its leaders stop seeing what you shared, and you keep your own history.
  • Messages and access requests are kept with your email address so we can follow up. Ask us if you'd like them deleted.

Your choices

  • Download your data. In Access & Sync, under Your data, select Download my data.
  • Delete your account. In Account settings, under Danger zone, select Delete Account. This deletes your account, your sign-in details, your settings, what you share, your characters' EVE permissions, and everything VoidForge read for your characters. It can't be undone.
  • Stop VoidForge reading a character. Remove the character in Access & Sync, which also deletes what was read for it, or revoke VoidForge's access to it in your EVE Online account, where EVE lists the third-party apps you've authorized.
  • Turn off alerts. Choose which alerts you get in Settings, or turn off notifications for the app in Android's settings.
